If you scored pretty avg (200-225) roughly, what are you guys interested in?
1. EM
2. Anesthesiology
3. Family practice.
I don't think that any of the above are unattainable.

218 here. Always wanted to IM and nothing so far has impressed me more. I would think I have a decent shot at an above avg university program in the south where my family is. We'll see how this year goes.

219 here,fmg too.so really not very good.hope to get into neuro..dont know what my chances are but im optimistic.

I'm anticipating an average score (current second year), which would be fine for peds (which is one of the two things I'm interested in), but my assumption is not so fine for the other which is are combined EM/Peds programs. They aren't overly competitive, except that there are currently only three that exist (Arizona, Indiana, and Hopkins), and I have no sense of what kind of a score I need to be competitive there. I guess we'll see... 😕
