What do you mean?
I am guessing that you are currently located in your home country.I certainly don't see any problems regarding the application process if you say that you don't have visa status.
Or are you in the US on a H4,F2,J2,B1/B2 etc. visas and cannot study in the US?
In either case (if it really bothers you),just call the schools to ask. 🙂
