For the heck of it

Oh boy a ranking thread! I'll get the frosting, you bring the guns.

1) Touro NY - they accepted me, and I'm the best. Therefore, they're the best.
2) tie: SOMA and LECOM, for interviewing me, and seeing my genius, but not enough to rescind some schmuck's acceptance to take me off the waitlist.
3) KCU, I knew a guy who had really good weed who went there.
4) PCOM, for producing a student who matched integrated plastics at upenn despite going to PCOM.
5) tie: Rowan, TCOM, MSU, OSU, and OUH for being the only DO schools that allow their graduates to say "my education was just as good as an MD's!" with a straight face.
6) UNECOM, for having the courage to set up a medical school in f**king MAINE.
7) Rocky Vista, for showing all of us doubters that education of doctors by a huge, for-profit corporation is exactly what this country's healthcare system needs right now.
8) Every school in in the south
9) NYCOM, which loses points for only taking NY residents when everyone knows that Long Island is really part of New Jersey.
10) BCOM, for being the only school on AACOMAS that even my 2.3gpa/21 mcat friend was too proud to apply to.
11) ATSU KCOM, because you have to learn OMM there

Really don't know how you could pick OU-HCOM when you're not from Ohio. The 5 year contract to practice in Ohio after you graduate is no joke. Even if you could somehow get out of it, why put up the hassle of it to begin with?

Rumor has it that if the incoming class has a certain IS-to-OOS ratio, the contract is null.
