I used this site all throughout my undergrad. It didn't work all the time, but it was better than nothing.

Sometimes there aren't great professors available, but at least the site let me know ahead of time.

I find the site to be hit or miss. Either the professor truly is great and merits their ratings, or (at least at my school), it's just a whinny bunch of pre-med students who couldn't handle the workload, and take it out on the professor.
