Which schools require a hard copy of your AMCAS app before they send you the secondary?

No school I applied to asked for a hard copy of my AMCAS before sending a secondary. Some schools would ask for a copy of their online secondary sent to them as well, but not the AMCAS.

Tufts and Tulane wanted a hard copy sent with their secondaries... those are the only ones I can think of.

I talked to BU yesterday, and they said that they are waiting on a hardcopy of my primary app... haha life's tough.
