You're going to know psychiatry like the back of your hand by the time you graduate.
You ought to focus on fields that'll help you in psyche, but you don't get much exposure with.
E.g. Endocrinology, Neurology, Internal Medicine & primary care. Cardiology you might want to consider given that you should come out of it being able to read EKGs well, which is not very important in psychiatry, but is still a nice skill to have.
Consider radiology only if the hospital has extensive CT & MRI & PET scans of the brain being done on a frequent basis. Otherwise radiology is almost useless for psychiatry.
