Hey guys,
Congrats to those who have already received interviews. I was wondering how long after you were complete at the school did you receive an interview? Also, what are your stats? Thanks and good luck!

I have received interviews at WVSOM, Nova, and UNECOM so far. I applied to seven other schools, the only one of which that has asked for interviews from other people is AZCOM.

At WVSOM and UNECOM, I received e-mails that my applications were compelete two days before receiving the invitiation for interview.

At Nova, I received an e-mail that my application was complete three days before receiving the invitation for interview.

I have an overall GPA of 3.65 and a science GPA of 3.4 from undegrad, with a 26P on the MCAT (9P, 9B, 8V). I have a 3.43 overall and science GPA from the first year of my master's that I am currently completing.

I have many ec's, including publications, research, clinical experience, leadership positions, and volunteer work.

I hope this does not sound arrogant; I just felt you deserved a response from at least someone.

Complete at DMU 7/23 (letters got there a few days later) and got interview invite 8/16.

Complete at AZCOM 7/21 (including letters) and got interview invite 7/10.

3.5 GPAs/30 MCAT (8 PS, 10 VR, 12 BS), very slow start in my GPA though (which means lots of freshman years Cs, and even one D)

29 MCAT, aacomas GPA 3.0 (but graduated with 3.5+ this year - craptastic grades from eons ago killed my overall GPA).

I have an interview at Nova, I just found out about the interview yesterday, and I sent my secondary in last thursday, and I have not sent my LORs yet.

I have a 30 MCAT (10PS, 9BS, 11V), a 3.5 undergrad GPA, a 3.35 science GPA, and so far a 4.0 graduate GPA (I've only had one semester)

So I guess you could say I got the interview without being complete... I am sending in my letters by the end of this week hopefully!

I have received an interview for WVSOM on 9/26. Just found out via e-mail today.
Stats MCAT 23, GPA 3.89 out of state resident

I have received invites from: Western, AZCOM, Touro-NV, and WVSOM.
Almost all of them came at the first part of August. Hopefully There are more on the way. Some schools are still awaiting my LOR from the Physician.

My Stats are: 3.7gpa, 3.69 science, 26R (9V, 9P, 8B) 8 for Bio????? Oh well. Good luck everyone.

I have received interviews at Nova and WVU.

My MCAT is 27L(11P, 9B, 7V) and I have a 3.6 overall GPA, 3.5 science.
I just retook the MCAT though.
Hospice volunteer, hospital volunteer for 1 1/2 yrs, research position in 2 labs, mentor for a high school student, us army airborne school.

KCUMB- Invite 8/17/05 Interview Date- 9/28/05 😀
Nova- Invite 8/1/05 Interview Date- 9/26/05
WVUCOM- Invite 8/25/05 Interview Date- 9/20/05

I submitted my AACOMAS application on June 22 and it was verified July 2(or somewhere around there).

Yay, I got a letter to interview at KCOM. I was about to lose all hope.

It's only August, no reason to lose hope. You have competitive stats for DO schools, so relax and let the interviews roll in. 😎

Touro Nevada emailed me for an interview invite this week, and I'll interview Sept. 20th.
