It is not that simple. There are many countries all over the world that recognize medical degrees from US DO schools. The problem is obtaining practice rights. Many countries do not want "foreign" doctors coming in a setting up shop. This subject has been talked about before on this board...do a search a read up on it.
The AOA is the best place to get the list you are looking for. They are also the ones that establish dialogues with particular countries when there is a need, or desire, for a US DO graduate to go to a particular country and practice (e.g. an international student who wants to return home to practice).
