Hello I wanted to know if one year of studying in Canada and another one in the USA is good for my application because I am not a citizen.

It is my understanding that non-Canadians have a very, very hard time entering Canadian schools without regard to any amount of study in Canada. Heck, Canadians have a hard time entering Canadian schools!
It is also true that non-greencard holders have an uphill battle in the US, but a good track record in the US plus a strong MCAT would at least make a run at US MD and DO schools a possibility.
