so i graduate in about...4 years....since i'm starting school in may at a caribbean medical school (Ross). i find radiology very interesting/intriguing and in addition, i love procedures and i would i would be happy doing interventional work and i currently work and have worked in the healthcare field (Resp Therapist..icu, nicu, er, cvicu, neuroicu, etc) for the past four years. i love medicine/learning. how do i go about doing this? that is, having a shot at residency....getting the best usmle step 1 (>240), research, etc? any suggestions? anybody ever been in this situation? i know that there have been graduates of carib schools before and the best way would probably talk to those who have matched, but i was just curious of what you guys think.
