Ok, the PS section is without a doubt my weakest section. Verbal is just verbal, BS is just memorization, But PS requires constant practice. Stuff like the motion problems in physics, and stoichiometry in chemistry I need to practice everyday or I will forget how to use them. Im using SN2's study schedule this time around, and even though it has lots of repitition and practice, By the time I finish content review It would have been ~2 months since I read physics chapter 1. I dont have problems learning the concepts, just remembering them. How do you guys remember all the stuff from physics and chem?

BS is not just memorization, but feel free to approach it that way.

If you have problems remembering the concepts, then you likely aren't learning them. You are instead just memorizing them.

Hey...depending on when you want to take this beast in 2013...have you considered going thru that book about 2-3times (meaning content review 2-3times cover to cover).
A guy who posted a 39mcat score in the 30+ thread said he went over his content review 3 times cover to cover. But this requires time and discipline. Another thing is using different matterial...so say, TBR, TPR and EK all of them cover to cover. If i recall correctly, i read a post for a guy who score 37mcat and did exactly that.
So, try that...this way you are reinforcing the material back to back. Going over the chapters over and over helps you meet this deficit. If you go thru it once, and don't recall Ch1 after Ch9...then you didn't help yourself. So, i say...do atleast 2-3 cover to cover if you can. Also recall...practice practice practice....

I encountered the same problem. Flash cards were my solution--I made many many many flashcards from each chapter and would review them throughout my study and after my content review but in between FL. The good thing is that once you've learned it once, it's much easier to learn it again later when you brush up.

Instead of watching T.V., movies, porno, etc. in your spare time go to http://www.khanacademy.org/ i.e. watch a video a day on a concept that you think you could be forgetting.

An alternative could be EK Audio osmosis.

Another note, for the Physics once you really grasp the concepts it's almost like riding a bike... You can't forget!

Unfortunately I do not think this is the case with Orgo Chem and Biology. I'm surprised how much material i forgot in four years time.....

The absolute best way to remember physics and chem is to review review review! But more importantly, make "cheat sheets" with equations and concepts that you can look over many times in a given week.

Yeah I will probably practice stoichiometry and physics ever 3-4 days or so.
