you could just add the experiences and update. You can also send your resume directly to admissions offices after clarifying with them about receiving your application.

Although I wouldn't directly send your resume as your application generally serves that purpose, I would agree that you should just enter the experience onto the appropriate AACOMAS section and just hit update app button. Your programs will then receive your info.
