Forgot to put patient pseudonym in quotes

I just realized in a few secondaries, when I briefly mentioned that a patient got a general type of procedure when I shadowed, I didn't put it in quotes. I used a fake first name (and no last name), do you think adcoms will assume it's fake? Or does it look like I'm breaching patient privacy?

I think you're fine. Keep working on the secondaries and try not to stress about it 🙂

I used fake patient names without quotes last cycle and it was totally fine. No need to worry.
