format for short answers?

on questions like the manual dexterity and relatives who are in dentistry, do you answer it in the form of paragraphs or just bullets? i want to be concise and to the point but am thinking bullets would be too casual...can someone clarify a little bit please? thanks a lot for all your help!

I asked this elsewhere and got responses saying either was fine, but sentences might be better.

Sentences might be better but the word limit really makes it hard. Personally, if I had the space I wrote senteces but some things I had too much to say so I had to use bullets
