I'm trying to fill out the UNLV supp. app.

It is automatically saved as a MS Word Doc., but when I type in it, the lines move and screw up the formatting.

Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, how did you fill out the application without messing up the format?

Thanks.

Yeah. The same thing happened to me last year. I just typed with the underline on and deleted the extra lines so it looked ok. I don't think there's a really easy way to do it. Just turn on overwrite and the underline. Make sure it looks ok and you're good to go.

can you just print it out and write on it?

That's what I did. It might not look as nice but I ended up filling mine out while I was in Vegas two weeks ago and turning it in directly.

man...I miss when I was in Vegas although I hated the hot and dry weather..especially the dancing waters at Bellagio! By far the best free show I've ever seen..👍

Some other supp. app.'s have the same problem.

I don't have access to a manual typewriter, so I'm wondering if I have to find one??

Just handwriting the info. would be easiest, but seems like typed is easier to read?

What do you mean by "overwrite the underlines?"

When you're in word if you push the "insert" key it will turn on the overwrite function (you know, when you can just type over stuff instead of pushing it forward as you type) at the same time turn on the underline (ctl+u). That way you have a continuous line and it looks nice. Seriously, people? Handwritten? It's not that hard to type.

I don't understand why these schools can't just do it online. ASDOH and Midwestern have it online and you can even pay the supplemental fee with a credit card.....makes everything so much easier.

hey just wondering if ASDOH contacted you to fill out a secondary application, or did you just go on the website and find it? i applied there also but haven't heard any info back yet, should i start on the secondary or wait until an admissions officer contacts me like it says on AADSAS? thanks!

I got an email from them giving me the link for the supplemental on June 19, and I applied on May 16. If you applied in May also, I'd consider giving them a call to see if you should wait or not.

I applied on May 23, my app was mailed out on June 23. I got the ASDOH supp on July 1

I printed the supplemental application and filled in the answers by hand. I was accepted, so it I don't think they mind.
