this is probably the worst aspect of this application process. BU and georgetown flat out rejected me...so i just completely forgot about them...but these schools that placed me on hold like me to bleed to .........

there is no way out...or is there?

I almost wish I were on hold, as it is, I've heard ZIP from a majority of my schools...it's a little disconcerting. I've been complete since early september (which I know, isn't THAT early, but still, it's been almost 7 weeks now!). I haven't gotten rejected, put on hold, or invited by 13/18 schools...just...deafening silence. 🙁

But I can't really complain because I got invites from Hopkins and Pitt which are 2 of my favorite schools. So I consider myself VERY lucky. I just can't help but to wonder what happened to the other 13 schools?

there are many threads to talk about the top ten schools at which you have interviews. this isn't one of them.

we all know your real motives for posting that here.

with your attitude, i doubt that those interviews will turn into acceptances. you're plain out mean and self-centered.

Ugh, one hold (Buffalo), one invite (NYMC), one rejection (Boston)...and I think its twelve no shows. I've been complete since mid-August, I would almost appreciate some rejection just so that it breaks my not-hearing-anything phase up....

Edit: I guess I do have a few more unofficial holds, ie Mich State is holding me without letters and I am 'being further researched' with VCU before they will make a decision....oh oh and I finally called UIC and they told me I'm not on hold, but I'm not getting an interview anytime soon (whatever that means).
