Does anyone have experience with a health related internship in a francophone country? Can you recommend a service to find such an internship?

I have seen many health internships abroad, but its difficult to track them down in francophone countries, specifically.

Try McGill University, in Montreal Quebec. They're one of the only Canadian medical schools that are friendly to US students.
