Is FRED (free 120 Qs) predictive? Is there any correlation with the real score?

I'm finding fred answer choices confusing. I just did a block and got 8 questions wrong! My uworld avg is around 85%.
What's freaking me out is what if I make the same amount of mistakes in each block 🙁
