Has anyone checked out both the "Free 150" that you can download from the website (or do at the test center) and the 138 sample questions in the Step 1 Bulletin to see how similar they are?
The bulletin says "The following pages include 138 sample test questions. Most of these questions are the same as those you install on your computer from the USMLE website. ...The sample materials available at the USMLE website include additional items that do not appear in the booklet: items with associated audio or video findings, and sequential item sets. You should become familiar with these formats as they will be used in the actual examination."
So, I guess my question is (if anyone has looked through both) whether or not the Free 150 is just the 138 plus 12 questions of audio/video/sequential item sets? I don't have easy access to a PC, so if that's the only difference (and getting used to the software, but I'm doing NBMEs to practice that), I'll probably just go through the sample 138...
