Does free radical halogenation with Br2 and Cl2 follow Markovnikovs or anti-Mark?

In free radical condition, br add to most substituted and cl add to less substituted.

because Br is a very slow addition, so goes for most stabilized by substitution, and Cl is very fast, so goes for most accessible.
