Hey all,

I am wondering how things work with respet to being a canadian citizen and studying in the states (USC)...where am I eligable to practice after I graduate? The US? Canada? Both? or Neither?

I know I have to write a liscencing exam so do I just choose at graduation where I want to practice and write the appropriate exam? Are the liscencing exams different for the US and Canada??

Any info would put my mind at ease and would be greatly appreciated!

Usually people studying in the US would all be writing the part I NBDE early on, then the part II upon graduation. If you want to practice in Canada there is a NDEB 2-part exam at the end of 4th year. Most states have an additional region-specific board exam for licensure as well.
