Thanks for trying Lee. I think part of it is that this is just a very popular website and so many people are loggin on to see what will be said next. If not, I wouldn't be frustrated. <img border="0" alt="[Pity]" title="" src="graemlins/pity.gif" />
Lee,
Would you happen to be doing some system backup/maintenance at that time? At least the downtime was minimal and did not cause any major inconvenience. We really appreciate your effort to support this web site. It's really a very valuable asset to us. Thanks.
not a computer genius here but i am an MIS major w/ some computer science work. would love to help in anyway possible. maybe we should be more proactive in askin for donations here??? i know as much help as i've gotten its worth every penny i give. (not to be a hypocrite but i havent donated "yet" )
It's a problem with our main IIS server. The forum and chat servers are working fine.
I'm still trying to find where the problem is -- but I think it's either a bad disk sector in the RAID array or a problem with our MSSQL Server. Hope to have it fixed soon.
In the mean time, the main server(www.studentdoctor.net) may be offline intermittently. So, be sure to bookmark the forum server: forums.studentdoctor.net
