Hello i went to High School and college here in the states...then decided to go overseas for dental school...now that i am back i would love to join one of the branches and serve my country..how do i go about doing that??? I am a US citizen....and my whole family lives here....PLEASE ADVISE

Do you have a valid dental license in the US? Also where did you attend d-school of you don't mind my asking?

For the Army the only way is with a degree from an accredited Dental school US or Canada.

I know at Temple where I went to school we had several foreign trained dentists that would come on as part time faculty while they completed their US dental school degree. Other schools may have similar programs.

i graduated with two degrees here in the states...and i was involved in a car accident so i couldn't go to interviews...so i decided to go and do dental school in another country of course its not accredited, its out of the country....i plan to come and practice here in the states..i have already taken my boards...and i am going to go through the routine to get a license...there is a school in jersey i believe that only accepts FFD with US citizenship which is me..after being outside of this country and see the great injustice that is going on..i want to serve my country....i really want to go into the service, so if i cant go in as a dentist then can i go in as a biological officer who knows two lauguages that are needed (Arabic and Farise) and i also speak 2 more but not as fluent..i believe i am a gold mine for any branch of service. So i guess i should ask a recuitor right?? so i dont know what to do....

Best thing to do is to contact a recruiter and they could look at your specific situation and give you the best guidance. Look up Army health recruiter on google and contact the number.
