Tbh, if you're a freshman in college, it's way too early to try and figure out what specialty you want to go into. Especially if you're trying to do it by watching surgery videos online. You'd barely be able to understand what they're actually doing during the surgery (not criticizing your intelligence, I wouldn't either).
Most people gain a good perspective of what they want to specialize in during their rotations. You should try shadowing to get a more accurate assessment of what the job is like, though I doubt you'd be able to find a neurosurgeon to shadow.
