Question Full page ads

Advertisement - Members don't see this ad

Just today, twice now, I've gotten full page ads here on SDN. One was one with which I am familiar - answer a question, and you can then close it. The second, though, didn't even have an x that I could see to close it.

I'm a lifetime donor, and one perk was no ads. Is this a change? If so, I would have liked a "heads up". Thanks.
