Sometimes you just have to laugh about it right?
Me: Hey IT Dept, did you know our whole clinic’s internet is down... again? When do you think it’ll be back up?
Head IT guy: Doc, did you put in a Trouble Call ticket online yet? It doesn’t look like anyone from your clinic has logged a complaint yet...”
Me: ............ 😡
