Less than 10 minutes away from Coney Island Hospital, Sea Gate is a secure, quiet, peaceful gated community on the beach with plenty of on-street parking and its own police force. Share apartment with single mature female, male or female ok. References required, one month security, must be financially stable. Month to month lease ok, longer term (6months or more) preferred.
