I have an activity that starts in August...I'll be a residence don...not sure what other schools call it but I'll be the floor leader and it's a paid position.

We had our first training in March but the actual job doesn't start till August

How do I add it or should I just not add it?

I was wondering that too. I'm a camp counselor for kids with cancer and it's in July, but I was accepted months ago. Since I'm still waiting on one transcript, I think I'm just going to wait until one second after midnight on July 1 to submit, so it will accept July 2010 as my starting month.

Here's my two cents: you can indicate that it is "in progress" or something to that note. If you have space on your application for it and if it will be a significant extracurricular activity for you, then I say yes to listing it only because you were already selected for and are fully committed to fulfilling the position.
