AACOMAS says not to include future coursework on the application that is not going to be on the official transcript from the school. I have not taken organic chemistry lab yet but will do so in the spring so it won't appear on the transcript for verification before submission. Does this mean I should submit the application without listing this pre-req? Will this affect my chances of getting an interview anywhere?

Did you register for the course?

If you only think you will, don't include it. If you are accepted, you will have time to get it done before you matriculate.

I know I will take it but no I haven't registered for it yet. I have tried calling AACOMAS to ask but all I get is an answering machine even during their business hours.

I called AACOMAS a couple of weeks ago, and the person told me that "planned" courses don't have to match the official transcripts and that they don't even look to compare them.

If you have registered, then the course will be shown on the transcript and schools will see it as course in progress and will require an updated transcript before matriculation.

If you haven't registered yet, then the answer is NO, DO NOT include in the planned courses.
If you have registered then you must add those courses as planned.

I got a different response when I called AACOMAS... They told me to go ahead and add my planned spring 2019 courses. Where are you getting your information from?

What if you plan to take it but never take those courses? Suppose someone plan to take it any course, added in AACOMAS but then never take that course how would you remove it from AACOMAS?
Someone hasn't even registered yet, how can you add those? People change their mind all the time.
