Does anyone know how to find out who else matched at the program you matched at? I'd love to know! Do you think emailing the program coordinator would be okay?

It's OK to email the program coordinator and request this information.

There is a chance (fairly high, IMO) that the coordinator will not release this information, but it's still OK to ask. It's a fair question and saying no is a reasonable answer to it.

Email one of the current residents. That is what I did last year. They are usually more than happy to give you an email address, etc.
