OK...how the heck do you play WW games? I used the search tool on the forum and am still just as dumb about this as before I searched. I even googled how to play and got nowhere. And by perusing the WW game threads I can't seem to really get a grasp on what you all are doing exactly. Is there a place where "how to play" rules are posted? Enquiring mind wants to know...

I usually recommend reading this wiki: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mafia_(party_game). It explains the basics. 🙂
 
Thanks! I saw that Sons of Anarchy [major Jax Junkie here] and The Walking Dead were a possible future game and I was like, "Whaaat?! I need to figure this out." :nod:

Also, I've been thinking about my "Theme TBA" game...

I was originally planning for it to be a larger, probably complicated, original fantasy-type game, but I honestly don't know if I'll be able to devote the time something like that would need anytime soon. So I've been toying with the idea of a Jurassic Park Redux game (it was simple and extremely fun to mod) or something original but with more basic rules instead.

Anyone have a preference or any thoughts?

Devyn's and my game won't start until the 17th, sorry. I have an exam on the 14th and travelling home all day on the 15th; plus a day of jet lag or whatever. Might be able to get sign ups going before then, but the game won't start until the 17th. Hopefully everyone can handle a little bit without ww (depending on when the current one ends). 🙂

It is completely ready to go, there will be 26 spots available.

I might run a speed if there's interest.

Will everyone be able to hold out without WW/with just Escalla's speed ww for a week?

I can put up sign ups now (or maybe tomorrow), just to get that going, but roles will not be sent out for a while... for reasons. :meanie:
 
Provided everything goes according to plan with my new ISP, Speed will be Tues evening. I will be on 3G until then. 🙁

So since I have no way of knowing whether the internetz will actually be up and running until I get home (and I'm wary of my mother supervising the installation while I'm at work), Speed will be scheduled for 17:30 MST (19:30 EST) tomorrow.

A sign-up/game thread will be up tomorrow morning for those that are interested in playing. 🙂
