I want a WW game to quit playing halfway through when I have an important role
 
I'm not on here as much bc of school, golf, shadowing and stuffs so if someone could send me a message when sign ups are it would be much appreciated 🙂

Not sure who is next....

I just started classes this week.... I have to ease into my ridiculous schedule before I consider modding a game.... so.... let me breathe and then if there is still not one going I will throw something together, but that might be a week or two... so hopefully someone else will step up

I've had somewhat of a flood of creativity the last day or so on two of the games that are in the works. Very excited! (It's amazing how procrastination can inspire you....)

Won't run for a while....not to tease or anything. Just happy!
 
Pretty sure i won't be able to run mine until December or so...

Getting the rolls together for SP. I will need to run this prior to March for sure.

If nobody steps up the plate bynext week, I can probably find time to clean up my Pirates game if dyachei is free. Just throwing that out there.
 
This all looks fantastic... just read through one of the old WW games, I didn't actually know what they were until today, but I've played the card game version and it looks so much more fun on a forum. Dying to try, hope one gets started up soon 🙂

I have surgery next week on wednesday. So I will likely have enough time to mod as I sit here and hope that I don't die of boredom

I have thrown together a horror movie/halloween game if anyone is interested/has time to play some WW 😀
 
well I can start a thread and hope it has enough interest..

would like a co-mod possibly. I'll give it a shot
 
a little premature, since Swings' game is still going, but just hoping someone will want to start a game when this one ends 😀
 
me and Escalla won't be ready by this game end, but would likely be ready in like 2-3 weeks from now

If no one else has a game to run immediately after, I'm actually pretty tempted to try to run one.. Since I'm new-ish at this, I would need help, but I have quite a few ideas (and a lot of free time right now).

Anyone willing to help me co-mod? I'll come up with a write up of everything I could think of to include and then send it over to you to look over, in case theres anything important I missed or if there are parts of modding I'm not aware of. I probably won't need the co-mod to be super available during all of the game, but would just mostly need someone to help make sure I've set it up and am prepared to run it correctly.

Themes I'm thinking about are Wheel of Time, Castle or New Girl? Or something totally different if it strikes my fancy 😀

:laugh: You caught me! I didn't realize how many little quirks I'd picked up until my last visit to the states after a year away.. My friends had a field day making fun of me!

I have definitely picked up on some things here in Scotland.. I say "wee bit" quite often and sometimes I don't even realize I am doing it.

If I understand it correctly, she got a warning for "advertising" a product although it seemed like that was not her intention...then she mouthed off to the mods and that got her post-held.

I think it was because she posted advertising numerous times... first was the thread solely about the beachbody stuff that was only up for a short time and then removed, then she had the links to her beachbody in her signature, then she posted the FB page which linked to her beachbody stuff, then she made a new thread and reposted the FB page. So, I think it was just an accumulation of violating the no advertising rule over and over again. I am not a mod though, so don't know what the exact cause was.

Both of you are actually wrong.

Over 6 weeks ago, I posted my losing weight thread and posted a link to something I sell, that I shouldn't have. At the same time, I posted that link in my signature. I got a warning for it and removed the link in my signature. It was my bad. I overlooked that in the TOS. The world moves on.

2 weeks ago, I posted my facebook page(not profile) in the blogs thread, because that is what I use to blog. At the time I posted, that same link was on the page. A couple hours later, I realized and removed the link from my FB page. The next morning, I got an infraction for "advertising outside the classifieds". There was nothing on my FB page advertising anything. I don't say I sell anything. I don't even say, "if you'd like to know more, message me". It's strictly a blog to encourage people. Not a sell site.

I responded to the mod's message and asked them to please show me where in the TOS I violated something, because I wasn't finding it. Didn't hear back from them all day. The ONLY thing I could have violated was posting a non-vet related blog in a pre-vet specific blog thread. So, I made my own thread. Within an hour of posting it, I got another message saying infraction again. THIS time, they said I violated SDN's blog rule. "Facebook does not fall under the category of Blog by our definition and the promotion of self pages is not allowed", are the exact words. (go ahead and try and find that somewhere. I couldn't)(most blogs are about onesself, so by that invisible rule, ALL blogs are not allowed on SDN)

I sent back another message, again asking WHERE it says this on the SDN site. Because I could not find it after an hour of searching. I then left for a movie, came back 3 hrs later to discover I had been banned for 2 weeks. And still no message back.

I have brought this up with the Help Desk 2 weeks ago(when it happened), and they haven't been responding to the issue, either. 👎

Feels to me, like SDN likes to rule with an iron fist and not actually communicate. If someone had just responded to my messages, actually addressing the issue, then all would be fine. But to ignore your customer base(I pay, therefor I am a customer) completely and say your banned because of some invisible rule(with no fair warning about THAT rule. I was banned immediately following the quoted message above, with no prior notice about said rule), is not ok in my book.

So, take heed. There are a couple of you who have Facebook links in your signatures. Take them down, or you could be banned one day, too.

Escalla and I are pretty much ready to go once the DC comics game concludes... Game should be running to coincide with the 50th anniversary special!
 
Darn you rojo, I was hoping to have some time without WW owning my life after I finish modding this...😉😛
 
Rojo and Escalla, can you please sign me up when you post it? I will be in surgery tomorrow and likely be out of it until Tuesday.
