Which of the following pairs contain elements that are the most chemically similar?

1. The shells fully fill up to the 3p orbital with 4 electrons left. Three of which fill half of the orbitals. The remaining completes one of those leaving 2 with only 1 electron.

2. Elements have similar properties in groups not families.
