I took some time off to save up some spending money and pay back some loans before med school. During my "gap year", I've gotten a lot more in shape. I've been starting a business and have some big name potential investors, I've traveled, working in a prestigious lab, a total of 7 months of volunteer experience and a 519 score on my MCAT. However, my GPA was on the lower end but I've taken 2 classes since (at a diff school) and gotten very good scores.
Also, I've been recently scouted for a model agency and I don't know if doing that would hurt my chances. Any tips? Thanks!
