Hi All,

I was hoping someone could help me out with this question. Using the attached table they are asking for the strongest reducing and oxidation agent. The answer is cd is the strongest oxidizing agent and I is the strongest reducing agent. I was always under the impression the most negative is the strongest reducing agent and the most positive is the strongest oxidizing agent. Please help.
