so what is the concept that doesnt depend on temperature?

-equibrium constants DO dependent on temp
- rate constants DO dependent on temp

but I cant figure out which one in gchem doesnt dependent on temperature....does anybody know?

I think you may have it mixed up. The only thing that can change the equilibrium constant is temperature. Other factors can disrupt/displace it, but eventually equilibrium is reestablished (Keq has not changed).

Also you should realize that kinetics tells us nothing about thermodynamics, so don't confuse the two. Regardless of how how spontaneous (thermodynamics) a reaction is does not mean it would occur quickly (kinetics).

yeah so Keq does depend on temp. right?
