Recently took an NBME and it seems like this section is my weakest...any suggestions or recommendations on how to improve in this area?

One of my practice tests said the same thing. I figured i needed to really go over some physiology and pathology basics. I dont know if that did the trick though, i need to take another practice exam and ill let you know.

Definitely not! Was just an educated guess, I was hoping someone would clarify
