General Surgery @ Brown

    I don't hear much about the general surgery program at Brown University. I'd be real interested to hear your thoughts about it if you know some things about the program, thanks.

    I checked out Brown on the web and am very intrigued by their three month rotation in Africa. That sounds like it would be great. Other than that, I know nothing about it.

    A busy VAMC is prob. more productive & safer then rotating thru Africa @ this point in time. Having spent 6 weeks in Zimbabwae doing medical relief before, it was a very eye-opening experience to the realities of the third-world.
