Supposing someone ends up with around a 3.7 cGPA, but with a strong upward trend of ~3.9 in their junior and senior years, and a MCAT in the high 90 percentiles, what tier of schools should they be looking to apply for? Just wondering because this is looking more and more like my situation.

Harvard/Stanford class schools, and then working outward. Always include your state schools too .
