How the hell do you guys use this table, i've seen some problems on it but have no idea i.e. if im looking for glutamine how the hell do I use the mRNA base pairs to find it?

that works to be methionine by the way.

start on the left hand side of the table and look at 1st letter.

my example it happens to be A,

within that row look @ second letter and find column corresponds to the 2nd letter. here its U.

then within that box find the last codon, here it would be G.

It'll give you the 3 letter abbreviation of amino acid, my example it woudl be Met.
