Are we doing 2 diagnostic blocks and then RFA like MBB
or one block and then knee RFA?

I don't think insurance requires any

Actually on a Google check, with the new CPT code some do mandate two sets of diagnostic blocks

Certain Medicare plans ? Like Medicare advantage plans?

Because almost no commercial insurance will cover the ablations with the new codes.

How do you block articulate branch of obturator? Are you doing this for chronic hip pain?
