I've heard the term gentleman's group tossed around a few times describing an anesthesia group and I'm having a hard time understanding what that means. Can anyone enlighten me?
As far as I have interpreted, it seems selective in who they hire, probably makes very good money for the work they do?
Is it like the male equivalent of a "mommy track" job? Minimal call, prioritizing vacation and part time, probably easier cases?
