Georgetown MS in Physiology (Regular) v. UPenn Pre-Health Specialized Program

I recently got accepted to Georgetown MS in Physiology program (regular, not SMP or G squared) and UPenn Pre-Health Specialized program.
Does anyone recommend one over the other one?
Also, I tried to find the acceptance rate into medical school from both programs, but couldn't find it. Does anyone know about this?
