I was wondering what was up with this program.

Has anyone else applied there? They haven't downloaded any of my application yet.

There were some reviews of the program on this site a few years back that were quite negative. Does anyone have any current information about the program and how things might have changed in the last few years?

The NRH program frustrated the heck out of me last year. Last year, they did not download anyone's application until late December or early January. I was very interested in the program mostly for geographic reasons. They ended up not offering me an interview. I was disappointed until I spoke to other people that interviewed there. They told me that the program seemed very disorganized. That made me feel better. Of course, I'm sure you can get better info from someone who has interviewed there or worked there.
