Hey all,

I'm wondering if anyone applied to Georgetown SMP with just GREs? I'm going to be finishing up prerecs next year and won't be able to take the MCAT until the following August- too late to apply for Georgetown for Fall 2006 by then unless I just submit GRES. Has anyone been accepted by the program with a few classes to go and just GRE scores? Also, what's the word on taking some classes at a community college? The price and times work so well with my schedule and I have already taken the majority of the prerecs at a 4 year. I just hate chem and want to take it at a community college. Is this totally a no no? Thanks for your help!

I applied to Georgetown's SMP too. I'm not sure if they require you to take it before enrolling or not, but it says on their website that they take MCAT or GRE scores. You might want to ask Dr. Myers, the programs' director, about your questions. He has a group for Georgetown's SMP on yahoo where you can ask him questions.
