Georgetown SMP vs. Tufts MBS

I am a reapplicant and I have been accepted to both programs. I'd prefer to go to Tufts because it is closer to home, but my concern is that is a newer less known program and that it will not help me apply during this cycle. Does anyone who attended either of these programs have any thoughts?

I should also mention that my MCAT is only good for one more cycle and I'd really rather not take it again.

AFAIK tufts is a solid program where you take the same classes as the current M1s. If your goal is to stay in the NE for med school you shouldn't have a problem since tufts is well known in the area. Gtown has a longer track record and a ton of west coast and midwestern students so it's generally more well known by med schools further west. Either way you should be fine coming from tufts as long as you do well in the program.
