I was looking at the requirements for a Georgia Pharmacy Intern License and am wondering if any current GEORGIA interns can tell me if you can get your intern license AFTER you've been accepted to an approved school but BEFORE classes have begun. The wording seems unclear.

I'm not from Georgia and I haven't started school yet, but when I was interviewing at Mercer someone asked this same question and they said that you have to be enrolled/matriculated (already started classes) to get your license. They said you USED to be able to get it after you've been accepted only, but this was a while ago.

The GA Board of Pharmacy does require verification from your school before they will approve your intern license.
