No. That's the Ebbinghaus illusion.

Closure is when your brain perceives an incomplete shape/form as complete based on the pattern of the parts.

E.g.,


This panda is incomplete (no line representing top of head or back), but we "connect the dots" in our minds to form a complete picture of the panda.
