I was sad. They didn't have "I voted" stickers at my polling place. I like stickers.

Couldn't agree more. This election is so important I voted several times...👍
 
What sources do you guys use to get informed? I hate the politics on TV but I don't know where to go for intelligent and genuine information.

I was just about to make this thread, since this reaches far more and a wider range of people than my Facebook will ever.

Please vote, everyone. A number of important issues are at stake today that affects each and everyone of us, as global citizens and as future doctors. Vote as a woman, as an immigrant, as whatever form or shape you may come in. Doesn't matter who you vote for, just get your voice out there, because there are issues coming up that are far too real for any of us to ignore.

I just finished voting. It was awesome. An eagle literally flew from the heavens and perched right on my shoulder while I was in that voting booth. Then, after I stepped out of the booth, all the volunteers lined up to give me high fives as I walked out and donned me with an American flag cape. I turned to them, eagle still perched on my shoulder looking proud, put on my shades, and said " 'murica". Red white and blue fireworks went off as soon as the word rolled off of my tongue and I walked away without saying another word.

Make sure you vote kids.
 
Because of the state I live in my vote automatically goes to Romney, so why waste my time.
 
I think the people who aren't voting won't be changed by others telling them to vote 😉

Hipsters voting for a third party. At some point you have o get over yourselves and realize they're not progressive enough to warrant a vote. Its between Romney and Obama and I hope more people actually get out there.

If Johnson gets 5% of the popular vote, the libertarian party will receive federal funding next year. Your vote doesn't HAVE to be wasted.
 
Conservatives and I have nothing in common at all. I'm prolly a "moderate" but a lot of the social issues I agree with are more on the left side.
 
It's not laziness. I cannot forget Ron Paul. If he was on the ballot, I would have been camping overnight at my town hall. I just cannot get myself to vote for Obamney.
 
Put Ron Paul as a write in vote 🙂

Everyone will hate the electoral college, but it's necessary to prevent majority rule. At a federal level, states should be more important than citizens (and senators should be chosen by the state legislatures). Of course, too much emphasis on swing states defeats the intended purpose.
