Getting called for interview date - how to get written documentation?

One of my profs is asking for written documentation for my interviews. I'm sure some of you have been in this boat before.

For schools that notify me via phone, how would I go about getting written documentation? Is it as simple as calling in and asking and then they shoot over an email to you?

yup i'd say so. wait for an email and forward it to your prof. if they don't send an email, call them up and have a secretary email your prof just saying that you'll be there on a certain date
